You know that things should be simpler, but you just don’t know where to start.

In many ways, there has never been a better time to be a small business owner.

There is a dizzying array of off-the-shelf solutions to help us do all the things. We have computers that we can carry around in our pockets. The internet allows us to work from virtually anywhere.

But all of that is part of the problem, isn’t it?

  • Too many standalone solutions that don’t talk to one another
  • No separation of work from personal life (whatever that looks like for you)
  • The dominant business mindset that we can and should be working at all times, from everywhere

You are craving streamlined processes so you can go back to doing what you love.

I can help.

Systems and processes are my specialty

The SAMBA Method: a 5-part system for you and your business

Inspired by the streets of Brazil, honed through decades of U.S. business experience

The SAMBA Method provides small business owners the workflows, systems, and processes that make businesses hum and provides them the work-to-live habits embodied in the residents of Salvador, Brazil.

“Your leadership, your thoughtfulness, your synthesizing of business, tools, right experience is awesome!!!”

Why is it called “The SAMBA Method”?

I’m glad you asked!

We associate a meaning to names, so what we call things matters. There are three things that drew me to this name:

  1. One of the first things I learned about samba when arriving in Brazil is that the samba rhythm is meant to evoke a heartbeat. An optimized business should run just as smoothly as a heartbeat.
  2. I also quickly discovered there are countless types of samba, created through the years and in different parts of the country. And just like there are countless styles of samba, there are countless ways to run a business that all work.
  3. Samba is virtually synonymous with Brazil, and its famed happiness and love for life. The name is an ever-present reminder that there is more to life than our work. Even when we love what we do.

Let's explore how we can partner together
